My property manager is literally the worst ever.
I have never dealt with anyone who is more stubborn or annoying than she can be.
I have been living in the same new home plus dealing with the same property owner for many years, plus I have consistently paid the bills on time. However, this doesn’t change the way she always treats me. Three weeks ago, our oil furnace stopped working. Thankfully, this is the Fall, so it hasn’t been too cold out lately. It is cold enough to be uncomfortable in the house, however this oil furnace isn’t required to prevent the pipes from cold or the wood from warping. On the day that this oil furnace stopped working, I called our property owner to inform him of this oil furnace concerns that both of us were having. She told myself and others that she would get a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repairman out right away. However, after a few afternoons passed, I began to suspect that no Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repairman would arrive to look at our broken oil furnace. From this point, whenever I called the property owner to inquire about this oil furnace, I was sent straight to voicemail after only one ring. Apparently, our property owner was avoiding me now, not wanting to contact any Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repair techs for me. After various weeks of bundling up plus waiting for our property owner to help myself and others fix up the oil furnace, plus Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repairman showed up at our house. She told myself and others that she had only been informed that day that the oil furnace had broken, plus she showed up right away. She got our oil furnace working, plus I was grateful. I would transfer out of this stupid rental if the price wasn’t so low.
